Because our products are custom and made-to-order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us make it right, please include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item and packaging

We will happily replace or fix any items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
